Low in energy? Don’t worry, I will start with a gentle warm up, so you can begin at any time in the day no matter if you feel ready or not in the moment. I will also include a cool down at the end.
Improve your fitness and get the endorphins flowing with this full body strength workout. Enjoy more energy and efficiency throughout the day. The workout gets us warmed up slowly and once we’re ready to go, we will strengthen our whole body with fun and simple exercises. I can help you adjust the exercises to fit your needs, and the intensity you choose is all up to you. In this workshop, we will uncover tools and tactics to improve the way you work from home, so you can enjoy the satisfaction of getting things done effectively and enjoy your free time with a relaxed mind. Whether you’re employed or want to get more done when working on your own projects, you can learn to stay focused, avoid distractions, finish tasks, and optimize your energy throughout the day. I will break down helpful habits that can change the way you structure your day in order to create your best work flow and utilize your energy wisely. Also, I will share useful tips on how you can flip the switch and let go of everything work related once you are done, so that you can be fully present and enjoy your free time and/or connect with family or friends. There will be individual reflection and journaling exercises throughout the workshop to make sure you know how to implement what you learn to your life. At the end, there will also be time for questions and group discussion. There will be breaks along the way as well in this 2 hour workshop.

Hi, my name is Stine, and I’m based in Copenhagen, Denmark. My passion in health, nutrition, and exercise has inspired most of my decisions as far back as I can remember. I completed my Professional Bachelors Degree in Global Nutrition and Health in 2018, and currently have my own Health & Life Coaching Business where I help clients optimize their health and mindset. I have also been teaching yoga regularly for the past 5 years, and I have taught many different fitness classes as well as personal training. It’s an honor for me to do 1-1 coaching, and be a part of everyone’s journey of reaching their goals and becoming the best version of themselves throughout the process.
It goes way beyond health, and ultimately we can explore together how you can live more intentionally so you can create the life you truly want. Journaling Workshop
– Increasing self-awareness through guided reflection
With more self-awareness we can create the lives we want more intentionally
Do you sometimes wish you understood yourself better, so you could make better decisions or you could be more in control of your thoughts and emotions? Or do you crave some clarity around important decisions in your life or wish to make some kind of change, but you’re not sure what?
In this 60 min. unique, free yet guided space, you have the opportunity to get to know yourself better through powerful journaling exercises. We will explore deeper questions together that I will explain and guide, which can help us move towards our goals or visions in our lives. Looking at your own thoughts, emotions, beliefs, actions, and patterns can give you valuable insights that can lead to personal transformation. When we increase our awareness through journaling, we can practice living with more intention and more consciously create our reality and manifest what we truly wish for. All exercises are done individually and in your own journal, and we will not be sharing our reflections. However, you are welcome to ask any questions along the way, and I am also happy to listen to any insights that might want to be shared. With my background in coaching, I have a grounded approach that brings insights down to reality, so you gain clarity on how you can implement what you learn into your life.

Slow vinyasa and hatha yoga
– Open for all levels of experience – 90 minutes
Unwind and enjoy as the peace arises within you as you practice pure presence
Relax and recharge with a mix of flowy vinyasa and slow hatha yoga. Enjoy the inner peace and presence that arises by focusing your attention to your breath and body, and increasing your conscious awareness. Experience your body becoming stronger, more flexible, and balanced, which can give you more mobility, stability and physical freedom in your body. Through meditation and some breathwork we focus our attention to the present moment, increase our awareness, and let go of thoughts and worries that can overshadow the loud mind. We practice letting our breath guide us through the postures and feeling a deeper connection to our bodies. Anyone can join this holistic yoga class, and alternative postures can be given at anytime if needed. I also will gladly accept any requests at the beginning of the class, if you have something you’d like to work with. Don’t hesitate to bring any ideas or thoughts – there will be time enough to go a bit deeper and explore both our bodies and minds together in this safe and sacred space. This is a unique opportunity for you to really connect with yourself, as well as with other like-minded people to the extent you are comfortable with.
